2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ShortLink to shorten, share, or promote URLs that contain or link to:
- Phishing sites, malware, spyware, viruses, or malicious software downloads.
- Unsolicited commercial email (spam) or deceptive misleading content.
- Illegal material or content violating intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to immediately disable any short link or terminate accounts violating this Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Subscription Plans & Usage Limits
ShortLink provides subscription plan tiers with specified link creation quotas:
- Free Plan: Limit of 5 links per day and 150 links per month.
- Pro Plan: Limit of 40 links per day and 1,200 links per month.
- Enterprise Premium: Unlimited daily links and 5,000 links per month limit.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
ShortLink is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage or link redirection.
